The Cleaning Services Group can provide Builders Cleans and Post Refurbishment Cleans to Builders, Designers, Architects, Refurbishers and Private Individuals alike, in all major areas across the UK. We not only provide the initial Builders Clean and final Sparkle Clean but can provide ongoing site cleaning to site offices and welfare facilities (canteens, washrooms, and locker rooms).
From Individual Houses to complete Housing Developments, Refurbished Hotels, Leisure Centres, Spas, Shopping Centres, Retail, Business and Industrial Parks to Pubs, Restaurants, and Clubs, The Cleaning Services Group are the Number One choice for Construction Cleaning.
The Group can also provide a number of specialist tasks including Hard Floor Maintenance (Stripping and Sealing, Buffing), Natural Stone Care (Marble, Granite, Limestone), Ventilation Duct Cleaning, External Cleaning (Cladding, Brickwork, Patios, Decking, Fascias, Windows, and Guttering), High Level Cleaning and more.
The Cleaning Services Group have an 'in-house' Health and Safety Team and will provide our clients with all the required Health and Safety documentation. All Risk Assessments and Method Statements are site specific and provided alongside all relevant COSHH Assessments and our Company's Health and Safety Policy. If a client requires additional Policies including Environmental, Equal Opportunities and Lone Workers Policies then these will happily be provided.
We help our cleaners to obtain CSCS certification (Industrial Cleaning) and have IPAF qualified operatives. The Cleaning Services Group has Public Liability Insurance to the sum of £5m and Employee Liability Insurance to £10m.
